The artwork on matatus is great. I have a fantasy of doing a book of photos of the artwork on matatus. Alas, it's hard to get such photos taken when you have a full-time job. And a better camera (and better photographic skills) would be necessary.

You're right, but these days, it seems like anything goes. (Maybe 85% of the 14-seaters are white with the yellow stripe, but the rest can be pretty amazing.
The larger but-not-full-size buses? I guess there are no restrictions.
I also love all the stickers etc on the 'speed taxis'. Often very Christian in their sentiments.
