The shoe store

Yes, this median is a shoe store. The shop manager was hanging out across the road. I assume that the shoes being on the median allows them to be viewed from both lanes of traffic.

I encountered this in Moshi, Tanzania. (Moshi is the town trekkers go to before their climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro.)
