I'm going to miss my daily "hit" of Kenya. I have immensely enjoyed your blog. And, yes, Kenya is chaotic in many ways but we loved living there for 18 1/2 years. Enjoy Colorado.
Hey man, I always looked forward to reading your blog more than reading "The Daily Nation" or "The EA Standard". As a Kenyan I have to say that your blog was lovely! Take care and thanks for letting people know that Kenya is more than a bogus "High alert danger zone" travel advisory with "... militia hunting for westerners"
Thanks for sharing your perspective on Kenya...it's been entertaining, enlightening and even sort of addictive. I'm sure you'll make Colorado just as interesting!
I discovered your blog last week and read every single entry. Your entries were very interesting, entertaining and insightful. Is a book in the works? I was born in Nairobi and lived here for most of my childhood then left in my late teens for Paris where I lived for six years. I lived in London for two years after I left Paris then came back to Nairobi. After living in Europe for eight years I now look at Nairobi from a different perspective and have a newfound respect for those who manage to live and thrive here. I think your depiction of Nairobi through your witty observations is as close to experiencing life in Nairobi as one can ever get without living here. Since reading your blog I was inspired to start my own. All the best in your endevours in Colorado.

Paul, thanks from me and my supporters for making East Africa come alive. Thanks too for keeping the admin going.
I don't think I've actually seen you since I joined the AFA team - one day perhaps.
Have a good trip home and the Lord be with you.
